Mother’s Day Boutique

Stony Point Ambulance Corp Auxiliary is pleased to announce we will be hosting our first Mother’s Day boutique on Saturday May 4^th from 10 am to 4 pm in our new building!

Attached please find the application to be filled out and returned as soon as possible.  We are accepting applications on a first come first serve basis. The application deadline is April 15, 2013.  Return applications completely filled out along with check made out to Stony Point Ambulance Corp Auxiliary.No refunds will be issued unless spot can be filled.

Space will be assigned in order of receipt of payment.  All vendors must check in to receive your assignment.  You may make a specific request on the application form: although all attempts will be made to honor requests, no promises can be made.

Set up begins at 8 am (not before) and have until 6 pm to clean up.  Any vendor who does not check in by 10 am may forfeit his/her space.

Fee & Space:

$25 – Hallway – one 6’x2’ table including 1 chair in 8’x2’ space

$30 – Main room – 6’x6’ space including 1 chair

$35 – Main room – 6’x6’ space including one 6’x2’ table and 1 chair

$60 – 2 spaces – including two 6’x2’ table and 2 chairs                    

Publicity:

Stony Point Ambulance Corp Auxiliary agrees to use as many means possible to publicize this fair such as local newspaper, posters, signs, online ads, etc.

Refreshments will be sold by the Stony Point Ambulance Corp Auxiliary

We also request a donation of one item from your booth for our raffle table ($15 minimum value) which will be collected during set up.
