This is just a quick Thank You So Much to the members of The Stony Point Vol. Ambulance Corp. On April 6th 2011 We lost a very special member of our family Charles Vandunk. On that morning I was the one who made the desperate 911 call as my father in law lay lifeless on our livingroom floor. I know that at the time every second was so important in the race to save him. Even though we lost Charles on that day our family wants to extend our very sincere thanks to the members who worked on him that morning. We know you did your best to save him. You were there within minutes of my call and every effort was used to try to save him. I know that when the crew left our home they were feeling as though they let us down but Im here to tell you that you far from let us down and we thank you! To ALL The Members Of SPVAC Thank You So Very Much For Being There For Our Family & All The Familes In Stony Point.
On July 29, 2011, at approximately 0850hrs my wife called 911 requesting an ambulance to respond to our house re: chest pains. The bus arrived within minutes along with the SPPD and the Regional Paramedics. The professionalism that was shown to me and the care given was second to none. I want to THANK all that responded. I was treated and admitted to Good Sam and released 24hrs later. If not for the quick response and treatment that they provided to me enroute to the hospital the outcome wouldve not been good. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. You are a credit to this community and an example for others to follow.

On April 22nd at about 500 i injured myself and simply could not walk out of the house. The ambulance corp members who came were kind, had a great sense of humor, and were professional. We are very fortunate to have these men and women who volunteer their time to help out their community
