We are requesting a bid for services at our present location 6 Lee Avenue, Stony Point NY 10980. I’m collecting a few local bids to present to our Board of Directors meeting on Monday, Nov 28.
We would like these services to include your material and labor for snow and ice removal services at our site (parking lot and the ambulance building apron). Please be advised that we share parking lot space with the library – one parking lane width is NOT our property (closest to the library).
To include:
- Plowing of parking lot whenever there is an accumulation of snow and/or ice.
- Removal of snow from sidewalks and entrances.
- Salting of parking lot, sidewalks and entrances whenever there is an accumulation of snow and/or ice.
- Services available 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
These services should cover through mid April 2012. Also, can you please tell me at what point you begin response after snow begins to fall?
